We are always looking for healthy snacks but you know, some things aren’t very flavorful or even match my gluten-free lifestyle. But I was able to do a review for a brand of nuts (almonds, cashews and pecans) that I found. They are full of flavor and even gluten-free. Not only that but nuts are so full of protein. Made with 100% all natural ingredients and are also verified non GMO.

Cashews:

Applewood Smoked: Olomomo infuses smoke captured from a secret blend of apple trees and alderwood and and roasts the cashews with a pinch of sea salt. They have a delicious smoky flavor. The packaging says some say it tastes like vegan bacon, but I don’t  really get a meaty flavor.

Almonds:

Vanilla Chai: These almonds are simple, with a subtle hint of cardamom and vanilla will tickle your tongue and fill your nose with a floral aroma. I love the taste of vanilla foods so these were really tasty!

Mango Chipotle: These kettle-roasted almonds will take you straight to Mexico with the bold flavor combinations. At first you taste the sweet mango and a touch of salt; then the chipotle kicker hits and lingers until you repeat. I didn’t try this one, but my boys said it was really good!

Cherry Vanilla: Not really much to say about this besides what it really is. They are a very “fresh” tasting almond. One of my daughters favorite of all the ones we reviewed.

Cinnamon Cayenne: Another one of my boys favorites (I wouldn’t dare to try lol). The cinnamon is your first taste of  these kettle-roasted almonds. Then when you least expect it, the cayenne peppers come in and kick you in the taste buds!

Sea Salt Vinegar: Crunchy from the oven (my favorite)! They were soaked in a plum vinegar from Japan with well-balanced, simple favors and just a dash of sea salt. The flavors are well balanced on the nut, not over powering.

Pecans

Maple Masala: Kettle-roasted, these pecans are spiced with an secret blend of Indian spices called Garam Masala. Also has an organic maple sugar and hint of sea salt. This will give your taste buds a broad flavor profile.

All of the nuts from Olomomo come in either a single-serve 1.25 oz grab and go pack, and a 4 oz resealable pouch.
