I’ve always loved to bake, something that I get from my mom. And as my 2 older kids grew up they baked with me and my 3 little ones will also do as they grow up. Around the holiday’s I tend to bake a lot more to give cookie plates for friends, neighbors and family. And one thing that we tend to make a lot for a treat after dinner is brownies! So to my surprise when I was asked to review the Red Copper Brownie Bonanza from Bulbhead.com, I was thrilled because it would cut my work load in half.
This 4 part pan is a copper infused non stick ceramic which means that the brownies will slide right out of the pan! There are only 4 pieces to use and it will give you 18 perfectly portioned brownies.
All you do is pour brownies and place the brownie grid into it. Bake as you would according to the back of the box or your homemade brownies. By the way this pan is a 9×13 size.
I couldn’t believe how perfect they came out, and every brownie is an edge (which is my favorite)! What I find amazing about this brownie pan is that it can be used for more than brownies. To my amazement you can make pizza, cakes, rice crispy treats (cuts into perfect squares), lemon squares and so much more. Don’t be afraid to “dress up” your brownies and have fun with your pan!
