Her 3 Little Thinkers

Ozeri ZP1-30 Green Earth Pan

Having a large family and cooking up to 3 times a day- we go through pans A LOT. We even have 5 pans all different sizes so depending on what we are cooking we have the right size.  Green Earth Pan is an earth friendly pan that comes in 3 sizes (perfect for any kitchen, any size family). It’s unlike any ceramic pan you’ve used, the Ozeri Green Earth Pan uttilizes GREBLON ceramic – an ultra-safe ceramic coating from Germany which is 100% PTFE, PFOA and APEO free (no heavy metals or chemicals).

Key Points About Green Earth Pan

* The honeycomb technology inside the pan delivers a heat distribution and a non-stick surface without giving off harmful fumes or toxins.

*The green earth pan is made from durable heavy-gauge die-cast aluminum with no heavy metals or harmful chemicals.

* The new scratch-resistant ceramic coating is super easy to clean.

* The handle is comfortable and silicone coated, heat-resistant. The base is magnetized induction for a rapid heat transfer.

I love that this pan is really non stick. I can cook nearly anything from frying eggs to cooking burgers and it comes right off with minimal scrubbing. If food does get stuck in the waffle grooves- just let it sit for an hour with equal parts baking powder and cream of tarter. Works like a charm!! If the heat gets too high then the bottom will get darkened, a little barkeepers friend will clean it right up, too. Another suggestion is, because of the honeycomb surface, I only use on my other 8″ green earth pan a plastic spatula. I have never used a metal for fear that I would scratch.
