Her 3 Little Thinkers

Mission Belt Co. Review

About (taken from website): We decided to start a company that is so focused on fighting world hunger and poverty, that you’ll know about our “Mission” from the second you hear our name.  We’ll be the first to admit that our no-holes belts are pretty awesome, and you’d probably want to have one regardless of our Mission.  But even more important than producing the world’s sleekest, most stylin, and most comfortable belts, is making sure we can do it in a socially responsible way.  Every time you put on your belt, and hear the ‘click click’ of the perfect fit, you can remember that you too are a part of the Mission.

About: When I think of Valentine’s Day, I think of romance, chocolate, and roses. I see men spending money on jewelry for their women. But, I never know what the heck to get my husband besides chocolate.  He doesn’t really dress up so I knew a piece of jewelry would be out of the question. But I know one thing he does is constant and that is him wearing a belt daily. Usually we just go to the local Walmart or Target to get one when he needs one quite frequently because.. they just aren’t well made.

I found Mission Belt Co. and when I saw them, I knew that they were quality made and when you get what you pay for, it will tell you how often you will be replacing items in your wardrobe. When I got the belt in the mail I wasn’t sure if it would be “just like other belts” or something unique. And boy was it unique!!

What makes Mission Belts different from traditional belts:

  • Traditional belts adjust ever 1 inch, they adjust every 1/4 inch.
  • Mission Belts Co. does not have holes in the belt so it looks more professional.
  • The belt buckles are interchangeable. Mission Belts sell a wide range of buckles. You can even sport your favorite sports team buckle!
  • Made of REAL leather that is guaranteed to not crack.
  • The belt is easy to use. Taking on and off is a breeze and the unique adjusting mechanism makes it easy loosen or tighten throughout the day.

A Dollar for Every Belt

(taken directly from their site)

Here at Mission Belt Co, we don’t just want our customers to look good – we want them to feel good too.  That’s why a DOLLAR from every belt sold goes tofight global hunger and poverty.  Having lived and worked across the globe, we’ve seen firsthand the struggles of those who aren’t as fortunate in their circumstances through no fault of their own.  There are so many industrious, motivated people striving for a better life for themselves and their families. Sometimes, the only thing holding them back is a little capital to get started to break the poverty cycle.  A few hundred dollars to buy a cow, a few chickens, or supplies to sell, can mean the difference between unemployment and a productive, independent business.
