Review: I am always looking for delicious snacks to feed my kids. And when I hear healthy I think to myself… “My kids won’t eat this”. I agreed to do a review of these snacks by Fruttata. I absolutely love freeze dried fruits and mostly my favorite is apple. But when they sent me the freeze dried pineapple, I was on board to try them out. When I opened the box they were shipped in my 3 year old was sitting next to me and wanted to try them too. I opened the pouch he and I grabbed a piece each, popped it in my mouth and fell in love! It was so delicious. And unfortunately I didn’t get any more because he grabbed the bag and hid behind the couch to finish off the bag.

What really made me happy was, it had a crunch to it like a chip which I know tricks your mind into thinking that its “not good for you”. I was super amazed how much flavor was in each little niblet and it was REAL pineapple. It tasted like I was eating a piece of fresh pineapple! Most of all my child liked them, and its rare to get him to eat a piece of fruit that isn’t an apple. One entire bag has only 39 calories!!
